Kia Miller
Kia is a client-oriented problem solver who helps her clients navigate legal issues with empathy and transparency. Her goal is to listen first so that she can understand her clients goals and help her clients make informed, thoughtful decisions. Kia is an attorney that will hear you and fight for you.
During her time as an in-house field counsel attorney with Liberty Mutual, she gained invaluable insight into how insurance adjusters evaluate claims. This insight gives her an advantage in presenting demands to claims adjusters, preparing claims for evaluation and negotiating with insurance counsel.
Kia has taken and defended over a hundred depositions and has litigated well over a hundred cases to completion, including a bench trial, a civil jury trial and two criminal trials. Kia has also successfully gotten impersonating website domain names transferred to clients that were being impersonated.
Kia enjoys cooking, listening to music and Josh Johnson in her spare time. Her favorite place in the world is Red Rocks Amphitheater, where she runs the rows and looks over Denver-Metro area.
